We can handle any type of pavement marking project.
Re-striping is the simplest, fastest, and most cost-effective. We will paint new durable lines over existing patterns for an updated look.
Re-Stripe after Sealcoat
This is basically the same as a re-stripe. In this case, we put new marking back in place after a full sealcoat job has been performed. This is necessary after any sealcoating project.
Have you expanded your business? Had construction services recently? Looking to fix traffic problems? We can design, develop, and implement a new lot layout to maximize parking spaces, traffic flow patterns, and update the lot for specific ADA guidelines.

We use professional pavement marking equipment and materials on every job performed.
This ensures delivery of clear and crisp markings on your pavement. Clearly marked lines, stencils, directional arrows, stop bars, and crosswalks are essential. Correctly done, the results will enhance the flow of traffic so that it’s efficient and problem free. We’ll also ensure that the striping is compliant with American Disability Act (ADA), this reduces owner’s liability.
We apply commercial grade traffic paints that perform well and look outstanding.
We use both water based paints and solvent based thermoplastic paints, depending on the surface and customer requirements. Water based paint dries very quickly, usually within five to ten minutes of application. While the solvent based thermoplastic paint takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to dry. We can also add glass beads to the pavement markings for reflective purposes and longevity, if requested.
