Our humble roots began in 1999 as we were formerly known as B&L Commercial Cleaning.  As a certified Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MBE & MWBE) and a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) we are proud to be a prominent paving contractor operating in Central Florida.

We offer a complete line of exterior facility and property maintenance programs. Our services include asphalt paving, asphalt sealcoating, pavement marking and striping, asphalt repair, and concrete demolition/installation.

The first step with any project is the estimating process. We have dedicated field estimators to accurately provide detailed site evaluations in a timely manner. Our experienced sales representatives will promptly return your calls and educate your property managers with what services need to be performed. We are able to do an on-site walk-through of your property to accurately gauge lot conditions and measurements.  We have satellite software to get aerial square foot dimensions of your property to give us an added layer of accuracy.

Once a project is accepted we move to the planning stages. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to coordinate all onsite construction activities. Each aspect of the construction phase will be outlined in advance to best suite your needs. Our crews can be dispatched day or night. The goal of Asphalt365, Inc. is to limit the impact of our contracted services so your daily operations are not affected and you can continue business as usual.

During the construction phase our project managers and support staff with be in constant contact with one another. Your facility managers will be kept in the loop and will be notified if any issues arise. All crew members are trained in the latest industry standards while providing leading quality workmanship in a safe & effective manner.
